Well, it’s another one the history books. I made the Top 10 for the Biscuits and Jam competition. Its an ancillary competition part of the big competition at World Food Championships. I’m so excited. The jam that won was my Pineapple Lime Coconut Jam. It’s going to be paired with my Buttermilk Thyme and Orange Biscuits. I can’t wait to start this journey…
